MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A Houston-area man is accused of using synthetic intelligence to create child pornography, in accordance to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office.

Roman Shoffner, 30, is charged with possession of child pornography, Precinct 3 stated. He was arrested on June 28 by their Human Trafficking Unit and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Investigators stated the unit started their investigation on Could 15 and located that Shoffner used a man-made intelligence program on his cellphone to alter an image of a 17-year-old woman by eradicating her clothes.

After the image was altered, the picture then depicted the teenager’s face however her physique was utterly nude from the neck down, Pct. 3 stated. Shoffner’s telephone was seized and forensically analyzed.
