Quincy Jones shows it will be tough for artificial intelligence to beat human creativity


When you had been attempting to construct an artificial intelligence mannequin that would make nice music, the work of legendary producer Quincy Jones, who died this week at 91, would be the last word information set.

Jones was taught by Ray Charles, composed for Depend Basie and performed trumpet for Elvis Presley. He organized and carried out Frank Sinatra’s huge band. He produced Michael Jackson’s Off The Wall, Thriller and Unhealthy. He composed the soundtracks for over 30 films, together with The Color Purple and The Italian Job.
